So sorry at this moment we do NOT OFFER worldwide shipping. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on factors such as order weight, total value, package size, and delivery location.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Methods: Your chosen shipping method will be used at checkout.
  • Customs & Import Duties: International customers may be responsible for additional taxes, VAT, or customs duties as required by their country’s regulations.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Delivery estimates are provided in business days and exclude weekends and holidays. Once an order leaves our hands, transit times are determined by the carrier.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for scrunchies or other handmade items ordered online. However, if your product is defective or damaged, please contact us and we’ll work to address the issue to your satisfaction.

Defective Products

Every item undergoes a 5 step quality control inspection before it is shipped. However, in the rare case you receive a defective item:

  2. Include a clear photo of the item in question
  3. Describe the issue briefly so we can help quickly
